Shipping policy

We ship from Parkhurst, Johannesburg, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders leave within 2 working days of being placed. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery options

• Standard delivery (3–7 working days): R150. Free on orders of R1 500 or more. Please allow extra time if you are in an outlying area.
• Express delivery (1–3 working days, main centres): R200.
• Collect in store – Partisan Parkhurst, 25 4th Avenue, Parkhurst, Johannesburg: free. Wait for the "ready for collection" email before coming in, and bring your order number.

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.

Tracking and problems

You receive a tracking link by email when your parcel is dispatched. If a parcel has not arrived within the quoted time, email admin@partisanandco.com or call/WhatsApp 063 078 2620 with your order number and we will trace it with the courier.

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay: a R150 re-routing fee applies if a parcel has to be redirected because the address given was incorrect.

Please check your parcel on arrival. Damage in transit, or anything missing, must be reported to us within 48 hours with a photograph so that we can claim from the courier and put it right.
