HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse the website and click on a product you’d like to buy. Select your size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, click the cart icon and follow the prompts to complete checkout.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We offer a range of secure payment options:
- PayJustNow — Split your purchase into 3 equal monthly payments, interest-free and fee-free.
- PayFlex — Pay in 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks, or 3 interest-free payments over 3 paydays.
- Mobicred — A revolving credit facility for online shopping.
- Laybuys — Available in-store only. Minimum 25% deposit with 3 months to pay. Contact us on 063 078 2620 for more info.
- Standard card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and EFT are also accepted.
All transactions are secure and encrypted.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled, as we begin processing orders promptly. If you have an urgent concern, please contact us immediately at shop@partisanandco.com or call/WhatsApp 063 078 2620.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us at shop@partisanandco.com with your name and the email address used at checkout and we’ll assist you.
DELIVERY
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver throughout South Africa.Â
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday and may take up to 2 working days to be dispatched. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 working days (please allow extra time if you are in a more remote area). Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
- Orders under R1,500: R150 delivery fee
- Orders R1,500 and over: Free delivery
- Express delivery (1–3 working days): R200
WHAT IF I PROVIDED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that a R150 parcel rerouting fee applies if an incorrect delivery address was provided.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
The courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave instructions on how to collect your parcel. Contact us if you need to make alternative arrangements.
SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER!
We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us at shop@partisanandco.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. This policy applies to products bought at www.partisanandco.com.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Email us at admin@partisanandco.com with your order number and reason for the return.Â
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received and inspected your return, your account will be credited within 8 days. Please allow a further 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We sincerely apologise. Please email admin@partisanandco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
PRODUCT CARE
HOW DO I CLEAN MY PALLADIUM BOOTS?
Care instructions depend on the material of your boots:
- Leather: Gently rub with a damp cloth using lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not machine wash or use bleach.
- Suede & Nubuck: Use a dedicated suede brush on dry shoes only. Do not use water as it may cause permanent staining.
- Canvas: Gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, or machine wash at a maximum of 30°C. Air-dry only — do not tumble dry or expose to direct heat. Do not use bleach.
- Synthetic Materials: Follow the relevant leather or suede instructions depending on the texture.
Always air-dry your boots naturally at room temperature. Stuff with paper or use a shoe tree to maintain their shape.
